OK TODAY is the day !! I went to the doctors and found out I am 233 lb !!!! I am goinng to lose 100 lb with in 1 year ! I am going to take photos every week. I am using a product I will be selling now at my office Isagenix.
I am going to walk 20 - 30 min with the kids and dogs !
OK I guess today is the day! LOL I was told you have to take a photo with a current News paper as if I would lie about my weight , I think I would say a bit less lol. this is pretty exciting ! just seeing the other people doing this has made me know I can do this : ) Good thing I went to the doctors and got weighed and blood work. I guess I smarter than the average bear : )
